I offer psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy for people going through any of life’s challenges such as depression, anxiety, loss, grief, major changes in life circumstances, inability to form lasting relationships, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, issues of meaning and purpose, facing illness and mortality. As well, I draw on other modes of therapy when needed. I also work with people wanting to know themselves better, wanting to work with their dreams, or to grow more fully into their potential
